Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Loire Sheni Ltd. (Company Reg. No. 514579283), the official Israeli distributor of the "LOIRE" brand.

Shipping Policy

You can receive your order by courier delivery to your home, or pick it up yourself from the Loire store at Azrieli Holon Mall.

Courier delivery times are generally up to 7 business days, and we reserve the right to change these times on the site from time to time based on demand.

Product Stock

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused by a shortage in stock of a particular product. If the product you ordered is not in stock, our representative will contact you by phone to discuss how you'd like your order to be handled.

Return Policy

Any product purchased on the site can also be exchanged in person at the Loire store at Azrieli Holon Mall, upon presentation of an invoice and/or exchange slip, within one month.

We are committed to our customers' satisfaction. For this reason, we will accept returns and issue a refund accordingly to the credit card used for the order.

Any product returned to our address within 14 days, in its original packaging, closed (unopened), unused, and with the original invoice included in the package, will be refunded. After 14 days, we will issue a credit for the full amount, which can be used to purchase alternative products on the site or at the Holon store (this applies to products valued over 50 NIS). In addition, any product return or service cancellation will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the product's value.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders paid by cash or bank transfer - in these cases, a credit or gift card for the full amount will be issued instead, which can be used to purchase alternative products on the site or at the Holon store.

The cost of returning products to our address is the customer's responsibility.

Handling returns/exchanges can take up to two weeks from the date the products are returned to our address. We thank you for your patience.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, and American Express.

You can also pay via PayPal; payment on the site is secure.

VAT

All prices listed on the site include VAT as required by law.

We do our best to ensure that the information appearing on the site is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to update this information at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any damage caused as a result of inaccurate or missing information on the site.

Product Information

Prices shown on the site are in NIS and are valid only within the State of Israel. Prices and products may be updated from time to time without prior notice. In the event a product is published on the site at an incorrect price, the company reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Products shown on the site are available for purchase while supplies last.

The purpose of this policy is to explain the company's practices regarding user privacy on the site, and how the company uses information provided to it by users of the site, or collected by it during use of the site.

This is information you provide knowingly, for example when registering for a service on the site. Some information does not identify you personally and is not stored together with your personal details. This is statistical, aggregated information - for example, the pages you viewed, the offers and services that interested you, the IP address you accessed from, and so on.

Registering for Services

Where personal details are required when registering for services on the site or when purchasing products, the company will only ask you for the information directly necessary to provide the services or products.
