We want to give you a pampering, pleasant service experience from the moment you shop on our site to the moment your package arrives.

  • Delivery within up to 5 business days for a fee of 30 NIS
  • Free delivery within up to 5 business days on orders over ₪349
  • Free self-pickup within up to 3 business days from our store at the Azrieli Holon Mall - 7 Golda Meir St, Holon
  • Home delivery service to all parts of the country - delivery is made from the next business day after the order is approved by the credit card company, on business days only, except for remote towns, where delivery times are up to 7 business days.

List of remote towns/areas: Eilat, Arava-region towns, and towns beyond the Green Line.

Please note - during holidays and special events, delivery may be delayed.

Exchanging Products

Products purchased on the site can be exchanged in person at our store in Azrieli Holon Mall within 14 days of the order date, or by returning the products by registered mail, with an additional shipping fee of ₪60.

An original invoice must be included with every exchange/return.

Returns/exchanges cannot be processed without the original invoice.

Products must be closed in their original packaging and unused.

If, upon inspection, it appears the products have been used, the exchange/refund will not be processed.
